Aufgabenbereich

Your focus will be supporting our customers by providing advice on our insurance products over the phone, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

You will handle phone inquiries across services, finance, sales, and data updates. From time to time, you will also respond to straightforward written requests.

Logging calls into our system and helping maintain the high service standards our customers expect will be part of your daily routine.

You will have an eye for spotting sales opportunities, passing them along to our agencies, playing an important supporting role in our sales process.

You’ll also send out premium and benefit statements, account summaries, and assist with general administrative tasks.
